Terms of service

1. About the service

Linkfluencer, based in India, helps you prepare, review, schedule, and publish LinkedIn posts. These terms govern use of the service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions: contact@linkfluencer.live.

2. Your account and permissions

Use an account you are authorized to manage, provide accurate information, and keep access secure. You must meet the eligibility requirements of the connected platforms and be legally able to enter an agreement. Connecting LinkedIn or Telegram authorizes the operations you choose within the app; it does not make Linkfluencer affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms.

3. Your content and responsibility

You retain your rights in the material you provide. You give us permission to process, store, transmit, and display that material as needed to deliver the service, including through service providers and the platforms you connect. Only submit content you have permission to use. Reference material from another author is not permission to copy their work or claim their experiences.

Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, infringement, harassment, spam, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to bypass platform or service safeguards.

4. AI drafts and approval

AI output can contain mistakes, unsupported claims, or language that does not reflect your experience. Review facts, personal details, rights, and suitability before approving. Output is not guaranteed to be unique or legally protectable. Linkfluencer does not guarantee reach, engagement, follower growth, or an approval rate.

Scheduled posts require approval before publishing. Certain one-off posts and plan tests may publish immediately after approval, as indicated in the review flow. Once a publication request is in progress, cancellation may not prevent it. Delivery and timing can be affected by platform availability, authorization expiry, and technical failures.

5. Plans and payments

Current pricing, allowances, currency, access duration, and payment availability are shown before payment. The free allowance is three published posts. Paid access currently includes up to three active posting plans and twenty published posts per month, subject to the limits shown in your account.

Checkout may offer a one-time access purchase or a recurring subscription where supported. Review the specific payment terms before authorizing a charge. For recurring subscriptions, use Billing to manage renewal. Pausing a posting plan or signing out does not cancel a subscription.

For billing errors, cancellation questions, or refund requests, email contact@linkfluencer.live with your account email and payment reference, not payment credentials. Requests are handled according to applicable law and the payment terms presented at purchase. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Third-party services and availability

LinkedIn, Telegram, AI, payment, and infrastructure providers have their own terms and availability. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, exact publication timing, or continued access to third-party features. We may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.

7. Privacy and ending use

Read our privacy policy for information about data processing. You can stop using the service, pause plans, manage billing, and revoke platform permissions. These actions are separate: revoking access does not by itself request deletion or cancel billing. Contact us for account-deletion requests.

8. Limits, changes, and disputes

The service assists your writing and publishing decisions; it does not replace your review. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections applicable where you live. No term excludes obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We will date revised terms and provide notice of material changes where required. For a concern or dispute, first contact contact@linkfluencer.live so we can try to resolve it.
