1. Who this notice covers

Linkfluencer, based in India, operates this service. This notice describes how we handle information through our website, writing tools, LinkedIn connection, and optional Telegram integration. For privacy questions or requests, email contact@linkfluencer.live.

2. Information we process

  • Account and connections: LinkedIn account identifier, name, profile image, email when supplied, authorization tokens, and session records. Connecting LinkedIn does not give us your full career history or access to rank your historical posts by engagement.
  • Writing information: background, audience, goals, preferences, reference posts, prompts, drafts, schedules, published-post identifiers, approvals, edits, and feedback.
  • Telegram information: chat and account identifiers, messages, notes, images, and approval actions you send to the connected bot.
  • Billing and service information: payment/order identifiers, subscription status, usage counts, support correspondence, and technical records needed to operate and troubleshoot the service. Payment credentials are entered with our payment provider, not into a Linkfluencer card-storage form.

3. How your information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, draft and revise posts, personalize writing, manage schedules, deliver approvals, publish content you approve, process access and billing, provide support, and protect the service from misuse. Relevant writing context and content are sent to AI providers to perform generation and safety checks. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information you are not authorized to share.

Where required by applicable law, processing is based on your consent, providing the service you request, compliance with legal obligations, or other legally permitted grounds. You can withdraw optional permissions, though this may prevent the associated feature from working.

4. Résumé imports and writing memory

Résumé PDFs are parsed in memory; the original file is not stored. You can edit the extracted background before saving it to your writing profile. Writing memory uses your recent approvals and feedback to guide future drafts. You can pause or reset this in writing preferences. Resetting memory excludes earlier decisions from future personalization; it does not delete the underlying posts, audit history, or saved profile. Remove saved background or examples separately, or contact us about broader deletion.

5. Providers and sharing

The service uses Supabase for application data and storage, OpenAI for AI processing, LinkedIn for account connection and publishing, Telegram when you connect the bot, and Razorpay for payments. Hosting and infrastructure providers process service traffic and operational records. Research-enabled drafts also send topic queries to the configured search provider. Only approved content is submitted for publication, though draft context is processed by AI providers before approval.

These providers may process data outside India or your country and have their own retention rules and terms. Relevant notices include OpenAI, Supabase, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Razorpay. Contact us for questions about processing locations and applicable safeguards. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to investigate misuse.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We use session and authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect the sign-in flow. Browser storage remembers your theme and temporary connection state. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in. Any future optional tracking must be disclosed and, where required, offered with a consent choice.

7. Retention and deletion

Account, writing, billing, and workflow records are stored to support the service and its history. Signing out does not delete your account. There is currently no general automatic account-data deletion period. Retention depends on continued service use, deletion requests, legal obligations, security needs, and dispute resolution. Image records and assets can have separate expiry schedules; completed post assets may be retained with the post. Infrastructure logs and backups follow the relevant provider’s retention processes.

To request access, correction, export, or deletion, email us from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify ownership. Some records may need to be retained for legal, billing, security, or dispute purposes. Copies already published to LinkedIn or sent through Telegram are also subject to those platforms’ controls and policies.

8. Your choices and security

You can edit your profile context, manage memory, pause posting plans, and manage connected services. You can also revoke LinkedIn access through LinkedIn’s settings. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, or complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.

LinkedIn tokens are encrypted in application storage, and authenticated endpoints check account ownership. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or private keys in support emails.

9. Updates and contact

We will update the date on this page when this notice changes and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Questions, privacy requests, or concerns: contact@linkfluencer.live.
